Some great news. Last year, I was honored to record Peter North’s “Unchained Melody” as part of a compilation honoring the song, that was produced by Mr. North’s family. I was joined by former band mates, and old friends, Ben Hall (from the band Elevaters), and Christopher Harrison (from the a cappella group Sonos).

Last Thursday, John had the honor of performing at the Los Angeles, Feast of San Gennaro, on the Jimmy Kimmel stage, as part of the kick off,
“Prima Notte” evening. John performed the Italian National anthem, “Fratelli d’Italia.” Hosting the evening were Jimmy Kimmel and
Adam Corolla. Also in attendance that evening were Dr. Drew, Bryan Cranston (from “Breaking Bad”), roast master Jeff Ross, and Dodgers Legendary

A few months ago, John recorded the single “Dream Away” for the Original Motion Picture “H2ind0,” a film about the sport of stand up paddling, shot in Indonesia. The film stars 7 of the worlds best stand up paddlers, Dave Kalama, Connor Baxter, Slater Trout, Talia Gangini, Chuck Patterson, Dave Boehne & Jamie Mitchel.

So last year, Tino, my wife Joanna and I were flown out to Meridian Mississippi to perform and celebrate at Sela Ward’s Birthday at she and her husband Howard Sherman’s gorgeous farm.
